“Lance!”
Whitney is shocked to discover that Roxanne’s ex-husband Lance is back in town. Whitney tries to dig up dirt on Lance so that she can convince Roxanne that he is not a changed man, but instead ends up with a surprise of her own. Meanwhile, Neal encounters some racism with one of his work colleagues, but isn’t sure how to handle the situation. Elsewhere, Lily doesn’t want to tell Neal that she lost her engagement ring and begins frantically searching everywhere for it.

American Idol | 8pm on Fox
“Auditions #8”
More good, bad and outrageous auditions are featured on AMERICAN IDOL as the judges continue their search to find the next singing superstar.

The Middle | 8pm on ABC
“Valentine’s Day III”
Frankie and Mike decide to try a fresh approach to Valentine’s Day by having dinner out with friends. But a clueless Mike angers Frankie by refusing to present her with a simple romantic gesture. Meanwhile, Axl can’t think of a life-changing moment that’s occurred in his life when he’s assigned to write a school paper on the subject, Brick is tasked with writing a report on love, and a hapless Sue doesn’t understand why her new boyfriend has suddenly turned into a bad kisser.

One Tree Hill | 8pm on The CW
“The Killing Moon”
As Quinn distracts Jamie, Haley searches for Nathan. Clay finally gets answers about his condition. Meanwhile, Julian attempts to get back to a normal life, while Brooke tries to give Tara (guest star Chelsea Kane) a chance.

Are You There, Chelsea? | 8:30pm on NBC
“The Gynecologist”
Chelsea accepts an invitation to go deep sea fishing with her new doctor, Dr. Thomas, and his partner, Dr. Rosen, and brings Nikki and Dee Dee along for the trip. As Dee Dee hits it off with Captain Steve, Nikki and Chelsea plot to pair off with the eligible doctors, but the girls are in for a surprise when it becomes apparent the doctors are more than just business partners.

Suburgatory | 8:30pm on ABC
“Sex and the Suburbs”
Tessa enjoys rubbing it in Dalia’s face that Scott Strause chose her over Dalia. However, the closer Tessa gets to Scott, the more nervous George becomes. When George discovers a box of XXL condoms that Lisa has given Tessa, he becomes obsessed and starts planning game night with her friends in hopes of keeping her at home more. Meanwhile, Tessa soon discovers that the more time she spends with Scott, the less attracted to him she is.

“Snake Eyes”
The BAU tries their luck in Atlantic City when the team is called in to investigate a series of ritualistic casino-related murders. Also, after a spat with her boyfriend, Kevin, Garcia thinks she and Morgan may have gotten a little too friendly with each other.

Mobbed | 9pm on Fox
“A Father Lost for 37 Years”
Art, a 37-year-old Atlanta, GA, native, has never met his father and will do anything for the chance to be united with him in person. With the help of professional dancers posing as Art’s competitors, Howie Mandel and choreographers Tabitha and Napoleon D’Umo stage a dance audition, and Art will have the opportunity to compete for the chance to meet his estranged father for the very first time. All hope is seemingly lost when Art is “disqualified” for his amateur dance performance, but Mandel gives Art the biggest surprise of his life during a dramatic family reunion.

“Me? Jealous?”
Phil is so preoccupied with impressing his new business partner, Tad (Greg Kinnear), that he doesn’t notice what Claire believes is Tad being overtly inappropriate with her. Meanwhile, Jay and Gloria let Mitchell and Cameron stay over while their house is fumigated, and it turns out four is a crowd.

“3 Men and a Little Agency”
After drawing a lot of interest at New York Fashion Week, The Network lands rising star Meghan an opportunity to meet with Elle Magazine. But, when JT finds out that Meghan is failing high school, the trip is suddenly in jeopardy. Meanwhile, Paul travels to Phoenix, Arizona, where he visits a new agency looking to join The Network. Do the all-male owners have what it takes to pass Paul’s test?

Happy Endings | 9:30pm on ABC
“The St. Valentine’s Day Maxssacre”
The road to romance is rocky for the gang, as Penny has a new boyfriend she wants to dump; Dave is afraid his new girlfriend is about to dump him; Alex, an expert on all things Valentine’s, goes looking for a party in the sketchy part of town; and Brad’s hopes for a perfect night out for Jane are dashed when a dental appointment goes terribly wrong. But they don’t have anything on Max, who picks up a couple with his limo only to find that one of the passengers is Grant (guest star James Wolk), the boyfriend he broke up with a year ago – on Valentine’s Day.

CSI: Crime Scene Investigation | 10pm on CBS
“Tressed to Kill”
When a woman is found dead and her hair is done up ’70s style complete with vintage clothes, the CSI team discovers clues that point to a killer with a hair fetish.

Law & Order: SVU | 10pm on NBC
“Father’s Shadow”
An aspiring actress is found unconscious in Central Park with drugs in her system and evidence of sexual trauma. Detectives Benson and Amaro pay a visit to the reality show producer (guest star Michael McKean) for whom she had auditioned just before the attack, and stop him from assaulting another actress (guest star Miranda Lambert) on the casting couch. The detectives arrest the producer, but the situation turns dangerous when his distraught son takes drastic action in order to get his father out of jail. Meanwhile, Benson and Executive ADA David Haden (guest star Harry Connick Jr.) grow closer.

Revenge | 10pm on ABC
“Perception”
In an atmosphere of nervous excitement for Emily and Daniel’s upcoming engagement party, things quickly start to unravel: Victoria tries to regain the upper hand by using Conrad’s own father against him; Jack finds himself wandering deeper into the fray; the rug gets pulled out from under Charlotte, and even more so for Emily.

Royal Pains | 10pm on USA
“Bottom’s Up”
A Shakespeare production in the Hamptons is hampered by a run of bad luck. Hank is on hand to help, but it is Evan who must step up to save the day. Elsewhere, Divya learns that Raj is moving on; and Jack puts off treatment in order to spend a day fishing with Jill.

Top Chef | 10pm on Bravo
“Mentors”
The blindfolded chefs must use senses other than sight to gather ingredients for a dish. In a twist, an eliminated cook then reenters the competition and does culinary battle with the remaining four chefs. Here, their cuisine must impress their mentors.
