THE VOICE, FBI, FBI: MOST WANTED

“Straight Flush” – When five prominent men are killed at a trendy New York City restaurant, the team’s investigation brings them into contact with a lieutenant in Antonio Vargas’ cartel, triggering a long-awaited showdown between Isobel and Vargas. David Zayas returns as Vargas, on the third season finale of FBI, Tuesday, May 25 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

THE VOICE: It’s crazy we didn’t get results until the last 15 minutes of the show. Like, I know these things are always bloated—and a number of the star-filled performances made sense—but it also felt like it was really obvious how much was pre-taped and their limitations.

That being said, Cam Anthony should be a star. I’m curious to see his career path from here.

THE FLASH: I know it’s not the final season, but so much of what they’re doing feels like final season storylines. I do hope we get to see Barry and Iris as parents again, and this time of an actual baby vs. being thrust into parenthood with a fully grown kid.

FBI: On one hand, I’m SO glad Isobel got to take down Vargas, because she deserved it—and the team earned the peace. On the other, man, he was diabolical, and it was fascinating to see them have to push so hard to actually get one over on him. (But, also, it’s Vargas, and I don’t truly believe this will be it.)

Jubal, meanwhile, deserves happiness, but I hope he knows what he’s doing with resuming his relationship with Rina.

FBI: MOST WANTED: Oh, okay, that’s one heck of a cliffhanger. Tali is the only one I truly trust is safe-safe (PROTECT THAT CHILD), but I worry Sarah may have been hurt. (Not killed—at least that’s my current guess—but maybe wounded before Jess got there.)
