With shows about to air their fall finales and go on mini-breaks, CBS has released teases of what to expect when their scripted shows return in January, from the NCIS crossover to SUPERSTORE’s Nichole Sakura guest starring on GHOSTS…

NCIS (8/7c): “Too Many Cooks” – “NCIS agents from Washington, D.C., L.A. and Hawai’i, all in D.C. to attend the retirement party of a beloved Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) professor, find themselves investigating his shocking suicide.”

NCIS: HAWAII (9/8c): “Deep Fake” – “Tennant, Jimmy Palmer (Brian Dietzen) and Sam Hanna (LL COOL J) find themselves captured by a woman claiming to be a CIA agent demanding intel from the team. Also, Jesse, Ernie, Whistler and Alden Parker (Gary Cole) learn about an asset that arrived in Hawai’i who could be connected to several overseas assassinations. NCIS stars Gary Cole, Brian Dietzen and NCIS: LOS ANGELES stars Chris O’Donnell and LL COOL J guest star in the episode.”

NCIS: LOS ANGELES (10/9c): “A Long Time Coming” – “Agents Rountree and Fatima are ambushed while searching for Kilbride, who has been MIA, and they learn that every member of the team has a hefty bounty on their head. The NCIS team must save Agent Rountree and find Kilbride while every cartel, hitman, gang and psychopath hunts them down. NCIS stars Gary Cole, Wilmer Valderrama and NCIS: HAWAI’I stars Vanessa Lachey and Yasmine Al-Bustami guest star in the episode.”

Tuesday, January 3

FBI (8/7c): “Heroes” – “The team jumps into action when JOC analyst Kelly Moran is taken hostage.”

FBI: INTERNATIONAL (9/8c): “Wheelman” – “The Fly Team races through the streets of Budapest to put a halt to a major art heist about to be perpetrated by an American. Also, Forrester grows angry as Dandridge watches every move the team makes.”

FBI: MOST WANTED (10/9c): “Processed” – “When a celebrity child psychiatrist specializing in generational trauma is kidnapped by the relative of a former client, the team races to track down the perpetrator and learns what really happened to the psychiatrist’s client. Also, Kristin confronts her own deep-rooted trauma.”



Thursday, January 5

YOUNG SHELDON (8/7c): “College Dropouts and the Medford Miracle” – “Sheldon considers dropping out of college to focus on building his database. Also, George Sr. is frustrated when someone else gets credit for his football wins.”

GHOSTS (8:30/7:30c): “The Perfect Assistant” – “Sam and Jay are thrilled when they find a highly qualified assistant for the B&B – however, their new employee comes with some surprising baggage. Also, Thorfinn tries to help his son, Bjorn, deal with a bully.”

S.W.A.T. (8/7c): “Pariah” – “When faced with a series of random shootings, one SWAT member’s family connections could be the key to stopping the next attack. Also, Hondo prepares to meet Rochelle’s parents for the first time, and Tan helps Luca navigate a sensitive situation.”

FIRE COUNTRY (9/8c): “No Good Deed” – “An internal investigation is launched after a difficult rescue went awry and a life was lost.”

BLUE BLOODS (10/9c): “Nothing Sacred” – “Reagan family tensions run high when Frank and his grandson, Joe Hill (Will Hochman), contend with a grievous insult to the memory of Joe’s father, Joe Reagan. Also, Erin and Henry work together to bust an over-the-phone scammer targeting the elderly; Danny intervenes in an undercover assignment led by his spiraling former partner; and Eddie’s captain takes suspicious interest in her efforts to locate a stolen puppy.
