On the Thursday, December 7 episode of HELL’S KITCHEN, Chef Carmen makes a brutal cooking mistake: She sends out raw meat…and Gordon Ramsay catches it.

“Where’s our standard?” he asks her—and the red team—in the exclusive clip below. “What’s happened to us? I am lost for words.”

In a confessional, Carmen acknowledges she’s capable of finishing the dinner service: “I’m just going to bounce back and keep moving.”
