John Krasinski is featured in the new holiday ads for The Gap. Check out the scan (I’ll be on the look out for a hi-res version). His hair…hmm, did he get it colored. At least it’s not a wig, right?
More pictures are being released. Click here for the 2nd John Krasinski Gap Ad!
Thanks to Lauren for the scan
thank you lauren and kathie!!! happy early holiday season! is it too much to ask for gap to feature jenna in a cute little sweater set? okay, okay, i’ll settle for this ;o)
Ah, I posted my other comment in the wrong section. Still looking at this ad. Their advertising is working on me. I’m going to buy some clothes there for my hubby.
This weekend I was just gushing about how much I love the Gap after getting a lot of cute clothes at their outlet and now this??? Too much emotion towards one store…..just too much. I agree with Lindsay, its not exactly the manliest sweater, but he makes it work
Even though this isn’t the manliest sweater, I’ll overlook that because its JKras. Ahhhhh, what do I want for Christmas? A Jim Halpert or John Krasinski please!
Hmm, I guess I’m in the minority, but I don’t really love this pic. I’ve seem him look more flattering and manly(ei his GQ photos….daaaaaamn) Also, just because I’m curious…for the colder climates, is it a new fad to wear the scarf under the shirt? I’ve never seen that before, but then again I live in Austin, and I’m currently wearing a sleeveless shirt at the end of October, so what the heck do I know about winter-wear
I did the same thing as CrazyGringa, so I’m repasting my comment below. I’ll also add that John Krasinski is like a poster child for GAP with his own clothing choices (all the cardigans, button down shirts and jeans) so I guess a GAP ad was inevitable.
I’m guessing the hair color was acheived by either fancy lighting or photoshop. Yes the scarf sticking out of the bottom of the sweater is a little strange, but let’s remember that he didn’t dress himself for this. I’m wondering if he’s leaning against a wall or something, because that is one awkward pose he’s in. But with all the things this photo has going against it, there’s one thing it has going for it and that is, it’s JKras and he has the most adorable little smirk on his face.
I wear my scarf under my coat sometimes - it keeps the heat in better, I think. But it looks like it’s leaning on a chair. I like the picture. There have been better JKras pictures, but I don’t think this one is particularly bad. The angle is a little weird, but that’s not his fault.

He looks cute (although that’s not the manliest sweater). Do his eyebrows look a little too, um, groomed to anyone else? Thanks for sharing the pic:)

Oh my god. That’s it. John NEEDS to be my boyfriend, and that’s all there is to it. Damn, he is too adorable…seriously.
Thanks for sharing this, GMMR. Which magazine is it from?

Jenitx - I’m actually not a huge fan of this pic either. It almost doesn’t even look like him.
