MOONLIGHT Fans: Questions for Jason Dohring?

It seems like forever since we have had a new episode fo Moonlight! It seemed like Moonlight was picking up some pretty good steam…and then the Writer’s Strike. Did they get 12 filmed? I know there is one with Josef coming up. Did they get that in the can? What’s Jason been up to with the extra time off?
I haven’t seen Moonlight. Seing him makes me miss Veronica Mars. I’ll have to check out Moonlight though because I did think he was a convincing actor
I’m so jealous you get to interview Logan/Josef. Would you please ask him if we will get to find out more about Josef’s past before the show goes on semi-permanent hiatus? I really want to know if he was Coraline’s sire or vice versa. What is the story between the two of them? AND – ARE THEY COMING BACK AFTER THE STRIKE??? Pretty please?
How hard was the transition from working as Logan to Josef?
Slightly related to that, do find that you enjoyed playing one over the other so far?

I’d like to ask him how he felt about the ending of Veronica Mars and how it came to a close. Also, if he finds any similarities between Logan and Josef or if it is a completely different acting experience. Oh, and if he is looking into doing any movies.
Who would win in a fight to the death – Mick St. John or Veronica Mars? 😉
It seemed like in the pilot that Jason was miscast in the part of Josef, but in every episode since its been a perfect fit. Was it Jasons’s doing by working with the writers or changing acting style that really transformed the role so that he fit the part of Josef?
Will Josef’s character on “Moonlight” be expanded? Jason is such a versatile actor but Josef’s character has been on the sidelines so far. Without giving away story lines or plots — what are the plans for Josef? Will he remain as Mick’s mentor only? Or will the audience get to see more of Josef, his past, and his story?
I write vampire romance novels. If I can ever get anyone in Hollywood interested, I’d love to see him in a movie made from one of my books.
Does Jason know anything about how Mick and Josef became such close friends? I love that the two of them are such an odd couple, given their very differing views and behavior with regards to the whole vampire thing. How does Jason feel about the dynamic between the two characters?

What are his thoughts on the writers’ strike, and what’s he doing with his free time due to the strike?

What is the greatest challenge, as an actor, to play the role of a 400 year old vampire? How do you reconcile the old soul of a vampire with their relatively youthful exterior, and in Josef’s case his youthful interests?

I Know I must be the only person thinking this, but I will say so anyway since I was such a huge fan of Veronica Mars. I think that Jason as Logan was fantastic,. I dont think they could have cast that role any better. But Jason as Joseph, a centuries old vampire is just not working for me. I have tried really hard, and Have watched all of the episodes, and he always seems to be the one thing which is our of place… What I would like to ask him is this: Does he feel any connection to Joseph or does he envision any changes that could be made to bring him closer to the character of Joseph. Thanks

Soo i saw the series of moon light but it was only like 16 episodes and i wanted to ask Jason if they planned on coming out with more or if they just cut it off because i am such a huge fan and i really miss watching the episodes they used to give me goosebumps. But if you could just figure that out for me that would be great. Oh and i wanted to know if there was anyway to contact Jason which there probably isnt cause most of his fans all want the info but i want to try and be in a movie really badly. (hey nothings wrong with dreaming and trying everything you can possibly do to get in a movie) If you know what i mean. I you could send m an e-mail or something to reply to me that would be amazing. 🙂
