Which nominee are you most excited about? Who are you most bummed to see left off the list?

I’m bummed Zach Gilford didn’t get nominated for The Son but so happy Kyle and Connie got nominated! It’s about time! And no love for Cat Deeley, even though she is the best host on TV!

Also thrilled NPH got 2 noms and Piven and Charlie Sheen got 0.
Overall, they did a decent job this year. Yay for almost the entire cast of Modern Family!

WOOHOOO!!! Connie Britton and Kyle Chandler are finally being recognized for their outstanding performances!

Thank you so much Marisa! Fringe got no Emmy Love 🙁 Happy for Lost and Modern Family though.

Sad that Zach Gilford didn’t get the Emmy nom he deserved, BUT I did notice (as I read ALL the nominations) that the episode ‘The Son’ did get a nom for Best Writing! That’s exciting- I’m glad that ep was recognized in at least some form or fashion! And of course, hooray for Kyle and Connie- bout time!!

*And disappointed with no Cat Deeley love- I continue to wonder how Heidi Klum is an Emmy worthy host…
*Matthew Morrison (and Tony Shaloub) should not be on that list, Joel McHale or Zachary Levi should!

Outstanding Actor for a Drama is going to be a tough race.

What about Community and Parks and Rec? For shame! Modern Family is good but nearly as funny as the two. At least Amy Poehler was nominated but those two shows deserve to be on the best Comedy list. The Office (regretfully) has had its day and Curb just grates on the nerves. I may be a Gleek but as best comedy series, it doesn’t quite fit the bill. Think what you must but Cougar Town deserves to be on this list as well. The Vampire Diaries may be on the CW but don’t let that stop you from recognizing well crafted entertainment. Lost wasn’t exactly stellar this year. I would’ve liked to see some of the more outstanding Sci Fi series being represented here as well and not just for art, make-up and costumes. And no, Lost does not count. How about Eureka and Caprica (especially the 2nd half of the 1st season) . They could’ve been fit in somewhere.

Yeah, there are MANY things I’m not happy about on this list. Sad. 🙁 But on the bright side, there were several nominations that made me giddy (Lost, Modern Family, Chris Colfer, FNL). So yay for those.

I’m excited to see Glee and 30 Rock have a good share of nominations. I am very happy that Betty White was nominated for her SNL hosting night; she deserves a win! Also nice to see Lost and 24 get a swan song in their nominations. Though I think I’m most excited for the Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien! I wonder what the NBC execs are thinking about that?

i am happy Hugh Laurie was nominated. hopefully he wins this year, he really does deserve it. though i’m not really surprised “House” wasn’t nominated for best drama, its been too soap opera-ish this season. a small part of me hoped that Robert Sean Leonard would get nominated as either best Supporting Actor for a Drama. or at least get one for the “Wilson” episode, he deserves one as well. kind of disappointing. but yeah…congrats to the rest!!!

I was so happy to hear that Connie Britton and Kyle
Chandler were nominated. FNL should have been nominated too.
SYTYCD is a far superior show compared to the other dancing show. It deserved to be nominated.
