FRINGE: Eight Teases For ‘Entrada’

November 23, 2010 by

FRINGE fans, there is some serious payoff coming to a TV screen near you next month.

I’ve screened the December 2nd episode of the series and must tell you, this is an hour you cannot miss. I’d say some pretty major events go down — impressive considering the fact that it’s not a sweeps ep or a midseason finale.

So, in honor of the 8th hour of FRINGE season 3, here are eight teases to tide you over until December…

  1. “Entrada” picks up where “The Abducted” left off.
  2. This episode’s format is unlike any others we’ve seen this season.
  3. An important location from FRINGE’s very first ep will play a key role in Olivia’s journey back home.
  4. Alt-Broyles supported Olivia last week in a rather passive way. In this hour, he’ll have to decide whether he wants to be an active participant in helping her return home or if he should step back and let things be.
  5. The Fauxlivia-Peter-Olivia triangle is about to get a whole lot more complicated. Fauxlivia’s feelings towards Peter become even more unclear while Olivia seems to know exactly what she wants and Peter is a whole bag of mixed emotions.
  6. John Noble very often gets (rightful) praise about his brilliant work as Walter/Walternate. However, his costars Anna Torv (Olivia/Fauxlivia), Joshua Jackson (Peter) and Lance Reddick (Broyles/alt-Broyles) deserve some special recognition for their heartbreaking work in this episode.
  7. In addition to all the emotional ramifications of the hour, there are quite a few action-packed scenes. There’s a hostage situation, guns are drawn on many an occasion and yep, shots are fired.
  8. Someone important will die.

Thoughts? Theories? Counting down the hours ’til “Entrada” airs?

I can’t wait until Dec 2nd as well. Every advance review that I’ve read has made me even more excited. Fringe is an Awesome Show!

Argh, the angst is going to kill me! Haven’t these people suffered enough?

I am betting poor alt-Charlie bites the dust, or maybe one of the Broyles!!

We need to pull every possible Fringe viewer in on this one, folks.

I can’t wait! The suspense is downright tortuous.

What’s with Peter being “torn”? Faux-Livia has been playing him, and everyone he cares about. He should be ready to kill her himself (if he can beat Olivia to it). And I can’t see Faux-Livia actually having fallen for Peter – she has a CDC doctor boyfriend of her very own back home.

This season has been sooo good. The stories, the acting – all stellar. Very excited to see what happens next.

Spread the word, we need to watch live.
I can’t wait. The more I read and see about this episode, the more I want it to be Dec 2nd. I think so too that it might be Charlie and or AltBroyles. I think she will go to the lab at Harvard over There, to cross to the lab over Here. It would be the safest place for her. All they need to do is ask her personal questions that are not in the files and they pretty quick should figure out who the real Olivia is. Have you guys seen the sneek peek on Fringe/Fox with Olivia and Broyles? OMG, can’t stop watching that.

i think it could be alt broyles that gets killed helping olivia. this is the most insane cliffhanger ever (in a good way).
