SLEEPY HOLLOW Renewed for Season 2 By Fox

We have our first official good news for the freshman television class of 2013-2014: SLEEPY HOLLOW has been picked up for a 13-episode second season!

“The show has proven to be a risk well worth taking – it’s a conceptual blast unlike anything else on television and it all holds together with inventive writing and a fantastic cast,” said Kevin Reilly, Chairman of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company in the official Fox announcement. “I can’t wait for fans to experience what else is in store for this fall and even more of this wild ride into Season Two.”

SLEEPY HOLLOW was the first new show to debut this year and has also been one of the biggest: according to Fox, between its encore, post-three-day playback on DVR and VOD, and its streaming on Fox.com and Hulu.com, the SLEEPY HOLLOW pilot has already been seen by more than 22 million people.
