May 9, 2019 by

Fox has set its new season pickups, ordering four new dramas and two comedies. (They join the already announced comedies DUNCANVILLE and BLESS THE HARTS.)

On the drama side, the network has ordered cop series DEPUTY, the John Slattery/A.I. story NEXT, the Michael Sheen/Bellamy Young/Tom Payne serial killer-helps-(son who works in) law enforcement show PRODIGAL SON, and the untitled family tale starring Brittany Snow, Megalyn Echikunwoke, and Emily Osment.

The comedy orders are a mix of animated (THE GREAT NORTH from the BOB’S BURGERS TEAM) and live-action (OUTMATCHED, a family-based series starring Maggie Lawson and Jason Biggs).
