[This post contains spoilers for the CHICAGO P.D. episode, “Lines.”]

After enraging Voight (Jason Beghe) by crossing a number of lines—and mirroring her boss’ behavior too closely—on the Wednesday, March 25 episode of CHICAGO P.D., Upton (Tracy Spiridakos) was temporarily reassigned to a new assignment with the FBI.

And viewers will be able to see exactly how that goes: Upton will cross over to CBS’ FBI (which, like the ONE CHICAGO universe, is also executive produced by Dick Wolf) for the Tuesday, March 31 episode, Wolf Entertainment announced. (The episode will also be FBI’s season finale, after its production was cut short due to the coronavirus.)

“Tracy’s character is a fan favorite, and I’m extraordinarily happy to be shining an even greater light on her and gaining new fans along the way before her return to CHICAGO P.D.,” Wolf said in a statement on the site.

This marks the latest significant crossover for the Wolf shows this season: the ONE CHICAGO trio had its major event with Fall 2019’s “Infection,” while CHICAGO FIRE and CHICAGO P.D. hosted their own crossover this winter; FBI had its first significant world collision with FBI: MOST WANTED earlier this week.

While Upton will be new to the FBI world, the crossover does have one advantage that makes things a bit easier: both CHICAGO P.D. and FBI are run by Rick Eid.

Are you excited to see Upton on FBI?
