Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

WALKER: This was a fun idea for an episode, but I wish they had saved it until later in the season when the partnerly dynamic between Walker and Mickey was more established. There was genuine drama for Walker with Hoyt, but with Mickey and Walker still getting to know each other, him opting to shield his criminal childhood BFF just felt frustrating and tone deaf vs. a betrayal of their partnership. (But it also feels like Hoyt’s storyline could pop back up, so maybe it’ll hold more weight if he returns in season 2.)

SUPERSTORE: Oh, it’s weird to see Jonah thinking of dating post-Amy. And extra odd now that we know it’s the end.

Garrett and Dina returning to their FWB situation, but as part of her open relationship with her boyfriend? Ohhhhhh boy, that’s not gonna end well.

And Cheyenne and Mateo’s feud was SO MUCH. Even knowing it was coming, it still hurt.
