The CHICAGO FIRE team will be pushed out of their comfort zone on the Wednesday, January 15 episode when Firehouse 51 is forced to bunk with the fame-chasing Firehouse 20.
“There’s [only] so many scenes you have at your [own] firehouse,” CHICAGO FIRE executive producer Derek Haas points out. “They’ve been bucking up against [Firehouse 21] because of their territory overlapping [so] how many different antagonistic relationships can we throw in?”

CHICAGO FIRE ended its 2019 with a cliffhanger—Severide (Taylor Kinney) cornered by an arsonist in a flaming building.
