CHUCK vs. the Beard

Far be it from me to hold you back on sharing the CHUCK love. Now that you’ve seen tonight’s episode, please tell me I’m not the only one who absolutely loved it?
Check back later for my take on tonight’s episode, but (spoiler alert) I thought it was one of the best episodes of the series to date. It had everything that makes CHUCK so special – humor, intrigue, jealousy, shirtless Captain Awesome and Jeffster. Oh and then of course there was that MAJOR plot twist.
Did you guys see it coming? Did you know that Morgan was going to find out about Chuck’s double life? Are you excited that he’s now in the know, or are you concerned for what this means in future episodes? What trouble do you think Morgan is going to find himself in. We all saw what happened to Devon when he tried to play spy. Morgan’s curious natures plus his guy crush on Chuck doesn’t bode well for the bearded one. I can’t wait!
Starting with last week’s episode and continuing over at least the next two weeks, CHUCK is really pulling out the big guns and introducing some important storylines that will have an everlasting effect on the the show. If you’ve managed to avoid the spoilers so far, then stay strong because what you’ll learn about some of these characters over the next few weeks will leave you dumbfounded, and the situations the find themselves in will no doubt play a big part in the second half of the season.

You weren’t kidding when you said how good tonight’s episode was. So funny but really sweet too. I loved the scene when Chuck’s true identity was revealed to Morgan. I knew that Morgan would be excited.
I don’t know if I like that Morgan knows everything. It hasn’t sunk int yet. I’ll think about it tonight and then get back to you.
Morgan is da man! He kicked ass six ways to Sunday! Loved his Indiana Jones like entrance into the OO!
He had so many great lines I don’t know where to start and the cat meow he made when he bumped into the Castle Wall corridor. lol But the coup de grace was his Ewok jab at the bad guy to make sure his was really out.

Loved, loved, LOVED this episode. It has definitely moved into my top 3. I was very excited for the Jeffster appearance. I also liked that we got to see the whole cast this week (unless I’m forgetting someone…don’t think so). I think that was the first time this season we got everyone at once, right?
Very excited to see what happens next. I’ve been loving each episode and each one seems to be better than the last.
I am SO GLAD that Morgan knows. When I read the hints about someone else knowing, I just knew that it had to be Morgan. I can deal with the Chuck/Sarah tension, but the Chuck/Morgan tension was killing me. Morgan just breaks my heart. I am beyond excited about what this will mean.

I’m so glad that Morgan finally found out too! Some people wait for years for characters to hook up and I’ve been waiting for this! This episode had everything about Chuck that I love!
Last night’s “Chuck” was a tremendous pleasure. I have enjoyed this series right from its first episode, first Season, which is unusual for me. Over this past decade, I had pretty much given up on Network television, but “Chuck” engaged me with its goofy humor, action and attractive leads. So, I’ve spent Seasons 2 and 3 begging everybody I know to watch the show. “Chuck vs the Beard,” had so much of the series quirks and humor, suspense and payoff which kept my family and me completely riveted. No other current TV program is doing that for us.
Why, hello Chuck as i remember and love it.
This was such a good episode and I really enjoyed coming back to this. And I was so happy that Morgan found out.

The moment Morgan saw the men sneaking in the locker was the moment we all knew Chuck had changed. But in a GOOD way. Im so happy with the writers of Chuck right now.

I thought that Morgan was going to go crazy at Chuck but i was so upset and so pleased that Morgan Forgave Him. i am so desperate for the other Chuck episodes and i cant wait

My day is jammed pack. Hoped to be able to write up CHUCK at lunch but I had a meeting. Yikes!!!!!
Jeffster is back! Although my favorite scene had to be Jeff, Casey, the 2 bad guys and the ether. Best new Chuck in a while.
As much as I have enjoyed every episode of “Chuck” so far, the latest episode “Chuck vs the Beard” practically had me doing cart-wheels in my living room! I will look forward to next week’s Casey-focused story which I am sure will be excellent in its particular own way, and so on until May.

Disappointed you haven’t shared your views of the early release of Chuck episodes 3.08 to 3.11.
