Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

PRESS YOUR LUCK: Considering how many Whammies were hit early on, it’s incredible how clean round 2 was/how much the other contestants, who didn’t move forward, scored. It’s always a bit more fun when people are battling closely versus it being overwhelmingly lopsided.

And then Clifford won over $305k in the final round?! Without hitting a Whammy?! Wow, wow, wow. A damn good game.

GENERATION GAP: Okay, the Marla Gibbs rhyming names guesses were hilarious. I’m not surprised the young kids didn’t know her, but some of the guesses made no sense! (I know…they’re kids.)

But, most importantly, WE DID IT! WE FINALLY SAW A WEE CHILD PICK A CAR INSTEAD OF THE KID-FRIENDLY GIFT. I really don’t know if it’ll happen again for the rest of the season (and I assume they can’t play the same game in a possible season 2, because the kids could be coached), so bravo to Faith for being her family’s favorite person for the next few years.
