Doris Roberts Makes THE MIDDLE Premiere a RAYMOND Reunion

Marie Barone is back to drive Debra insane.

Well, sort of.

Doris Roberts, who played Patricia Heaton’s meddling mother-in-law on the Emmy award winning EVERYBODY LOVES RAYMOND for many a season is stopping by Heaton’s new sitcom, THE MIDDLE.

Warner Bros. confirms that Roberts will play young Brick’s new teacher in the September 22nd premiere, as EW.com first reported.

We’re hearing she’ll have some words of (parenting) wisdom for Heaton’s character, who may not be all that receptive.
