AMERICAN GODS Season 2: Starz Sets March Return

AMERICAN GODS season 2 will launch Sunday, March 10 at 8/7c on Starz, the channel announced.

The adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s book—about a war between the Old Gods and New Gods—stars Ricky Whittle and Ian McShane. AMERICAN GODS co-stars Emily Browning, Pablo Schreiber, Crispin Glover, Orlando Jones, Yetide Badaki, Bruce Langley, Mousa Kraish, Omid Abtahi, Demore Barnes, Sakina Jaffrey, Dean Winters, Devery Jacobs, and Kahyun Kim. Cloris Leachman and Peter Stormare guest star.

The eight-episode second season went through behind-the-scenes turmoil as it lost multiple showrunners and actors in the 18 months since the show’s first season finale.
