Michael Kors to Guest on GOSSIP GIRL

Michael Kors…excuse me, top American designer Michael Kors, will be XOXOing it up all over the place when he guests in an episode of GOSSIP GIRL this season. Kors will be mixing it up with the kids of the Upper East Side during NYC Fashion Week…but of course.
Of his upcoming appearance, Kors says, ‘I love the clothes, everyone is good-looking, the plot line is a riot,’ he said. ‘I love the show. They called and said, “You are very Gossip Girl,” I thought, “Finally, I am a teenager.”‘
He adds, ‘Probably to the consternation of certain people on the Upper East Side, they really get it. It’s a pretty clear picture of how a lot of these kids really are.’
I’ve got $20 on Kors being Gossip Girl.

I love Michael Kors designs!!!! Love the clothes and the accessories, too. I recently bought my first purchase at a Michael Kors Outlet at Prime Outlets in Williamsburg, VA. I bought a large leather handbag and matching wallet. I showed the handbag to my sister who also lives in the area. She loved it and decided that she would go to Kors as she needed a new handbag. As I put it over my shoulder to show her (I am 5’1″, 110 lbs.) a rivet flew off the handle and across the room. We were shocked as we so value the quality of the products that carry the Kors name. (We usually buy at Nordstroms near Richmond or mail order from Neiman.) I just bought a beautiful gold Kors bag at Nordstorm’s that I love.
I tried to return my defective bag for a refund as there was not another bag in that style and color–gunmetal. First, I was told to take it to a shoe repair store, but I felt another rivet might come out.
The stock was low, so I finally ended up paying more for a black bag that I did not need and don’t like. Once the stuffing was removed, that bag ripples at the top (which is straight across) as it only closes with a magnetic snap.
I feel the policy of “no refund” for a defective bag when another of the same is not available is not a good policy.
I bought a bag last year at the Coach store in the same Prime Outlet that I did not like when I got it home, and Coach promptly and pleasantly refunded the total purchase price.
I would appreciate your response to this situation, so that I and my sister, don’t quit buying Kors products because we now feel quality is in question. We know Kors outlet bags are usually discontinued styles, but we did not think that they were of inferior construction.
So far, only my sister knows about this issue as I don’t wish to criticize Kors to others until I know the real answer–especially in this economy. This may not really be your policy, but only that of a single outlet or manager. My sister and I would hate to tell our friends and family who also love Kors fashions about our experience.

I bought a Michael Kors gold purse and a rose-colored gold watch last Christmas the purse has worn out in several places that the gold color and so has the watch the plating has rubbed off I don’t even wear it every day it looks terrible I tried to return it to the Dillards Store in Scottsdale where I bought it and they will not do any returns or exchanges on defective Michael Kors products
I am so disappointed in their policy as well as Michael Kors products
