F-Bomb on SNL…Oops

September 27, 2009 by

It seems someone forgot to tell SNL newbie Jenny Slat that the “L” in SNL stands for live. Live as in it’s not ok to be dropping the F-bomb on NBC. Tsk. Tsk. Well at least people are talking about her today. Unfortunately it’s not for her stand out talent.

SNL won’t face any FCC fines as the curse was aired during a period of time where such language is allowed without fault.

You’ve heard people swear a million times over, but here’s the video all the same.

This clip is taken somewhat out of context. She didn’t really just spit out the F-bomb out of nowhere like that. The whole skit revolved around characters which said “friggin” about 3 times per sentence – she just lost herself on this one and let the actual word slip. It was an honest mistake, and you can tell from her facial expression immediately after that she realized immediately what she had done. I felt bad for her, honestly.

Agreed. I watched the skit and never noticed it, in fact. I read it in the paper this morning!

I’m genuinely loving the theme/design of your internet website. Do you ever run into any browser compatibility issues? Some of my weblog readers have complained about my internet site not working appropriately in Explorer but looks excellent in Chrome. Do you’ve got any ideas to help fix this concern?

A couple of months ago I discovered yet another internet site that talked in depth about this subject. I’m glad you were able to shed some light on what’s truly happening out there. Some webistes are overtly biased towards issues like this. Exactly where do you feel the industry is going in response to this?
