Sarah’s Top 14 TV Shows of 2014

SELFIE is an interesting situation, and ultimately I wish it had done better in the ratings. It’s also gotten better as it’s gone on (on Hulu). I’m not sure whether it’s really even on the table that Hulu would renew it, but even if not, season 1 has been a fun ensemble comedy. It’s great seeing John Cho as the male lead and Karen Gillan as Eliza — and the show has done well off of their good chemistry. The “My Fair Lady” vibes were a little strong at the beginning, and it’s nice that it evened out a little bit. I’m glad this show happened, even if it ends up being a short run.
