“Most Wanted” — OA and Maggie team up with members of the FBI’s Fugitives Department to track down a person wanted for murder who is also on America’s top 10 most wanted list, on FBI, Tuesday, April 2 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Guest stars include Julian McMahon as FBI Agent Jess Lacroix; Kellan Lutz as FBI Agent Crosby; Roxy Sternberg as FBI Agent Sheryll Barnes; Keisha Castle-Hughes as FBI Analyst Hana Gibson; Nathaniel Arcand as FBI Agent Clinton Skye; and Alana De La Garza as Assistant Agent in Charge Isobel Castille Pictured (L-R) Julian McMahon as FBI Agent Jess Lacroix, Jeremy Sisto as Jubal Valentine, Alana De La Garza as Assistant Special Agent in Charge Isobel Castille and Missy Peregrym as Special Agent Maggie Bell Photo: Michael Parmelee/CBS ©2019 CBS Broadcasting, Inc. A year after FBI: MOST WANTED was introduced as a backdoor pilot episode of FBI, the two shows will properly cross over in later this season.

While Alana De La Garza’s SAC Isobel Castille is one of the big ties between the two franchises—De La Garza was originally supposed to be a part of MW before she replaced Sela Ward on the mothership—the upcoming event will hit close to home for two other characters.

“It will be a very exciting wide-ranging [crossover], but it’ll hit certainly [MOST WANTED’s] Jess and [FBI’s] OA in a very personal manner,” MOST WANTED executive producer René Balcer teases. “They will have personal stakes in the case that they’re investigating.”

“I’m really excited to read that one, because it was fun doing the [backdoor pilot], working with Missy [Peregrym] who I worked with on STICK IT,” FBI: MOST WANTED’s Kellan Lutz (who plays Crosby) adds. “I like their show a lot…It’s fun doing crossovers, because you get to work with just different people.”

But ahead of the proper event, Isobel will pop up on MOST WANTED “a few times” in season 1. (She also appeared in recent hour “Caesar.”)

“She’s not technically their boss, but she is in charge of the general FBI office in Manhattan,” Balcer points out. “So when they need the official voice of the front office, [Isobel] is there—and also to help mediate with various departments within the FBI. Whether it’s with the team that’s in the mothership show or counter-intelligence…we have one episode where our guys have to work with counter-intel. So she’s there to help mediate that or if they need some special push in Washington or with an embassy or jurisdiction not being cooperative.”
