THE SIMPSONS, WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE, FAMILY GUY

THE SIMPSONS: Odd couple Skinner and Chalmers embark on an 800-mile car ride to Cincinnati to attend an administrators’ convention. But whether they reach their destination without killing each other first is anyoneís guess in the ìThe Road to Cincinnatiî episode of THE SIMPSONS airing Sunday, Nov. 29 (8:00-8:31 PM ET/PT) on FOX. Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

THE SIMPSONS: Skinner and Chalmers have had incredible bits of the years (with the steamed hams gag probably being the most memorable), but they’ve never carried an episode quite like this. I don’t expect this to fundamentally change their dynamic, but it will be interesting to see if there are smaller shifts.

SUPERMARKET SWEEP: Okay, that cinnamon clue was HARD?? Also, I know they can’t constantly put the $100k winners at the end, but, ouch, is it a downer when a team wins $100k and then the next team can’t even find clue #2.

BOB’S BURGERS: Of course the kids would want wing pins! And of course Linda’s parents would cause absolute mayhem at the airport. Whoops.

WHO WANTS TO BE A MILLIONAIRE: On one hand, it’s insane no celebrity has ever won the million. On the other, it is absolutely insane David Chang risked it when Mina Kimes didn’t express 100 percent certainty with her answer. (But, truly, Mina Kimes for EVERYTHING.) Glad they could raise that money for Southern Smoke Foundation.

FAMILY GUY: I have a love-hate with flashback episodes like this, because, uh, FAMILY GUY started in ’99 and so Meg and Chris were technically born in the ’80s. But since they don’t age and we’re now in 2020…they can do things like this. (THE SIMPSONS has also done this, to varying degrees of success.)

CARD SHARKS: Wow, there were a lot of incredibly close guesses in the gameplay. But it was a good, close couple of games. I’ve been really enjoying the show’s second season.
