AMERICAN GODS: Marilyn Manson Removed from Season 3 Episode

In light of the multiple allegations made against AMERICAN GODS guest star Marilyn Manson, he will be removed from his final planned episode of the show, Starz announced.

“Starz stand unequivocally with all victims and survivors of abuse,” the network said in a statement. “Due to the allegations made against Marilyn Manson, we have decided to remove his performance from the remaining episode he is in, scheduled to air later this season.”

Manson joined the series in the currently-airing third season as Johan Wengren, the lead singer of a death metal band. He appeared in two episodes.
