DYNASTY: Eliza Bennett to Portray Amanda Carrington

DYNASTY has found its Amanda Carrington: Eliza Bennett has joined The CW show. In addition to her arc on season 4, she’ll be a regular in season 5.

According to The CW, “the long-lost Carrington relative, born and raised in Europe, she arrives on the Carrington doorstep holding a treasure trove of secrets from their past… and hers. Amanda is smart, confident, and can hold her own against any Carrington who comes at her. By day she’s a savvy lawyer, but by night she’s a bit of a party girl..and she has no problem stirring up trouble in a family full of troublemakers.”

Amanda existed in the original DYNASTY, with Catherine Oxenberg and Karen Cellini portraying her.

Bennett previously starred in SWEET/VICIOUS, and had arcs on BROADCHURCH and THE CONNERS.
