MRS. DAVIS: David Arquette and Elizabeth Marvel to Recur

David Arquette and Elizabeth Marvel have joined the mysterious new Peacock series MRS. DAVIS, the streamer announced. Both actors are set to recur.

While most information about the show is being kept quiet, Peacock has teased the series, from Tara Hernandez and Damon Lindelof, “is an exploration of faith versus technology — an epic battle of biblical and binary proportions.”

MRS. DAVIS also stars Betty Gilpin, who plays “a nun who goes to battle against an all-powerful Artificial Intelligence” and Jake McDorman, who plays the nun’s “rebellious ex, who also has a personal vendetta against the Algorithm.” Andy McQueen, Ben Chaplin, and Margo Martindale also star.

Owen Harris is set to direct multiple episodes, including the pilot, and will serve as an executive producer. Alethea Jones will also direct/executive produce.
