KRAPOPOLIS: A new animated comedy that centers on a flawed family of humans, gods and monsters that tries to run one of the world’s first cities without killing each other. New animated series KRAPOPOLIS will premiere with a two-episode premiere on Sunday, September 24, Fox announced. The series debut will air immediately following the FOX NFL doubleheader (at approximately 8/7c, 5 PM PT).

According to Fox, “Set in mythical ancient Greece, KRAPOPOLIS tells the story of a dysfunctional family of humans, gods and monsters trying to run one of the world’s first cities, while also trying their best to not kill each other in the process. The series features the voices of Emmy Award-winner Hannah Waddingham (Ted Lasso, Game of Thrones), Richard Ayoade (The IT Crowd), Matt Berry (What We Do in The Shadows), Pam Murphy (Mapleworth Murders) and Duncan Trussell (The Midnight Gospel).” Dan Harmon created the series, which was showrun in season 1 by Jordan Young. Alex Rubens will serve as the showrunner for season 2 and 3.

The rest of Fox’s Animation Domination block will debut on Sunday, October 1, with THE SIMPSONS returning at 8/7c, BOB’S BURGERS at 9/8c, and FAMILY GUY at 9:30/8:30c. KRAPOPOLIS will make its time period debut at 8:30/7:30c.
