    *sigh* Look at that face!

I love the poster. The movie looks really funny. How can they go wrong with this cast?

    Mandy Moore – good!
    Robin Williams – good!
    John Krasinski – Fanbloodytastic!!!!!!!!!!!

    🙂

For some reason I expected the picture of him twirling around with an umbrella as the movie poster.

Man…it just seems crazy to see our boy’s name on a movie poster!

GMMR, why do we need the official movie site? You have more info on this movie than anyone else. I wasn’t sure I was going to see if, but if you think it’s going to be good, then maybe I should check it out. We like the same TV so maybe we’ll like the same movies. Of course John being in bed on the poster doesn’t hurt either.

Have always loved GMMR (and appreciated all of the work that goes into a site like this), never posted, but had to for this!

They totally put Mandy Moore’s face on someone else’s body (or a photoshopped version of hers)! This stinks. She just gave a wonderful interview about how comfortable with her body she is, and how she never wants to be a bobblehead – and then they made her a bobblehead!

This is why i could never be an actress – I couldn’t stand to lose the right to my own image to such a degree.

Everyone is just lucky that they didn’t mess with JK. Then I would have seemed like a total witch in my first post. 😛

Welcome Tessahessa – Now that you are no longer a GMMR comment virgin, I hope you share more of your thoughts. And yeah, I have to agree that she looks too skinny. Not for nothing, but I don’t understand why TPTB asked her to lose weight for the film.

    Thanks for the kind welcome.

I can’t understand why anyone would ask her to lose weight – she has always looked so lovely. Especially when you have a costar that is tall and manly looking (that sounds sooooo cheesy, but I have been here for five minutes trying to find another way to say it without picking out actors that might be a favorite of other posters). You don’t need a tiny, thin woman to complement JK. He can hold his own with a strong, healthy-looking person.

Despite the talent, this is going to be a very generic romantic comedy, isn’t it?

[…] I’ll be honest, other than John being in it, I’ve been iffy about this movie, but the more I read about it, the funnier it seems. I’ll have to at least catch a […]
