BONES Season 7 Premiere Clip: Booth and Brennan Banter Over Her Pregnancy

August 29, 2011 by

BONES fans should be incredibly thankful to the Fox Fall preview special — the first clip of the seventh season debuted there! And after last season’s BONES baby cliffhanger, it’s no surprise that the first scene Fox has released from the upcoming season premiere is of Booth and Brennan discussing her pregnancy.

Of course, there’s been a realistic time jump to match up to series star Emily Deschanel (Brennan)’s pregnancy, so the duo is no longer standing across the street from the Royal Diner, dealing with the aftermath of Brennan’s announcement. Instead, a visibly pregnant Brennan is arguing with Booth at a crime scene over what she can still do while she’s pregnant. (And Hodgins just looks amused by the duo.)

Jason Dohring is about to spend some time with a feisty blonde — and no, sorry, it’s not for a VERONICA MARS movie.

The CW has confirmed that Dohring has landed the role of Mr. Carpenter on the new series, RINGER. According to EW (who first reported the casting news), Mr. Carpenter is a teacher at the new school Siobhan (Sarah Michelle Gellar)’s step-daughter, Julie, attends.

Are you excited the man formerly known as Logan Echolls will be returning to our TVs? Perhaps are you hoping Dohring’s Mr. Carpenter catches the eye of either of Sarah Michelle Gellar’s characters?

Comments Off on Chad Michael Murray to Return for ONE TREE HILL Guest Spot

ONE TREE HILL may not be returning to The CW until midseason, but now fans have one more reason to anticipate its return: The CW has announced original series star Chad Michael Murray (Lucas) will be making a guest appearance during the upcoming season.

According to the network, “Lucas returns to Tree Hill after Haley (Bethany Joy Galeotti) reaches out to him for help.” Hmm. Perhaps something to do with Haley’s husband (and his half-brother), Nathan?

Are you excited CMM will return to OTH for a guest spot?

We’re just three weeks away from the CASTLE season 4 premiere, so what better time for a brand new promo — highlighting the fallout from Beckett’s shooting — to debut?

Unlike the last promo, which mixed old footage with the season 4 tease that was shown at Comic-Con, this 30-second spot is mostly filled with scenes from the season premiere.

Keep reading for the semi-spoilery teaser and some of our thoughts…

This week’s challenge is a “Bachelor Pad” viewer favorite, the “Kissing Challenge.” Each guy will kiss the women — and vice versa — then vote on who has the “best lips” in the pad. The winners will be treated to one-on-one dates – the first of the season.

Eureka | 8pm on Syfy
“This One Time at Space Camp…”
Sen. Wen conducts final evaluations of the Astraeus candidates, and the aspiring crew mates are fitted with memory-reading devices that expose their inner motives for wanting to join the mission; Carter and Allison wear the memory-reading devices as part of their appeal to reverse the ruling on their relationship; bizarre attacks occur around town that could threaten the Astraeus mission.

Comments Off on MTV VMAs: Lady Gaga as Joe Calderone

If there is one thing you can count on during the annual MTV Video Music Awards, it’s that Lady Gaga’s fashion will have people talking. Oddly enough, Gaga’s ensemble during her live performance might have been her most subdued get-up to date.

So why did it grab folk’s attention?

Well, during Sunday’s VMAs, Gaga decided to up the ante when it came to her androgynous style – she performed in drag. Meet Gaga’s alter ego, male model, Joe Calderone.

Check it out:

Never did I think I would see the day when Gaga would hit the stage in a pair of pants and a white tee.

What did YOU think of Joe Calderone’s performance? Is it possible for Gaga to shock you?

Comments Off on Mark Sheppard Talks LEVERAGE and Keeping Secrets

LEVERAGE has been having a pretty fantastic season so far, right? Unfortunately, all good things must come to a (temporary) end, and Sunday is the show’s midseason finale.

The good news? The series will return on November 27 with 8 additional episodes to conclude season 4. The great news? Tonight’s hour, “The Queen’s Gambit Job” is a ton of fun. The best news? The midseason finale also marks the return of Mark Sheppard’s Sterling!

To celebrate the occasion, Give Me My Remote spoke with Sheppard about his reappearance, the Sterling-Eliot tension and the secrets he has to keep…

TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY Recap: ‘End of the Road’

Comments Off on TORCHWOOD: MIRACLE DAY Recap: ‘End of the Road’

TORCHWOOD gave us some answers last night, but it also brought some frustration and confusion. We’re hurtling toward the finale now — only two episodes left! — and as this episode drew to a close, we were no closer to reversing the Miracle or getting Gwen back to her cozy seaside life. So what did we learn?

The episode started with Olivia Colasanto delivering the entire Torchwood team to the Nevada home of her grandfather, Angelo. For an operation that was so important and secretive last week that she had to hold Rhys and Anwen hostage, she seems to be playing pretty fast and loose now. She brings everyone in to meet Angelo. Knowing that Angelo has managed to cheat death, Jack is expecting to see the young man he abandoned almost 100 years ago, so he’s surprised to see a man whose wrinkly, oxygen-masked face shows every one of his many, many years. We learn that Angelo dedicated his life to discovering Jack’s secret; his mantle is littered with photos of Jack snapped over the years.

FRINGE Lands Stephen Root and Romy Rosemont

Comments Off on FRINGE Lands Stephen Root and Romy Rosemont

Stephen Root has landed another gig on a Fox show.

Just one week after his guest spot on RAISING HOPE was announced, the network has confirmed that Root and his real-life wife Romy Rosemont (who also plays Finn’s mom on GLEE) will appear together on an upcoming episode of FRINGE. TVLine was first to report the casting.

However, while we know they will be on the show, there is no word on who they’ll be playing. Secrecy is obviously nothing new on the series, but the possibilities seem endless here.

My crazy (totally not plausible) theory? They’re somehow related to Walter and Nina. I mean, if you look at Root and Rosemont from a certain angle, they could almost pass for relatives…

What are your crazy, so-far-out-there-they-can’t-be-true theories?

Comments Off on CHUCK: Chris Fedak and Ryan McPartlin Talk Guest Stars and the Final Season

Yes, the upcoming end of CHUCK is absolutely bittersweet, but from everything the cast and crew has teased so far, it seems like it’s going to go out with a bang. After all, the show has scored some seriously nerdy guest stars, and, oh yeah, Chuck and Sarah are married now!

So what can fans expect from the final season?

CHUCK executive producer Chris Fedak and series star Ryan McPartlin (Captain Awesome) talked with reporters at Comic-Con to offer up a few teases…

FRINGE Season 4 Promo: Walter Gets a ‘Visit’

When Give Me My Remote talked with FRINGE star John Noble (Walter) earlier this month, he told us that he hadn’t yet worked with Joshua Jackson (Peter), but “[Peter’s] presence has been felt.”

After seeing the promo that aired on Fox Thursday night, we think we know what he meant.

In the new 20-second spot (filled entirely with season 4 footage), Walter is listening to some nice, relaxing music, when suddenly, it stops.

What happens next? Take a look…
