The Office – Branch Closing
News sweeps around the office that the Scranton branch will shut down. As Michael tries to spread cheer to his staffers, everyone imagines what their lives will be like in the wake of the close (much more coming later in GMMR’s Office Thursday post)
Survivor: Cook Islands – Mutiny
The castaways are given the chance to declare mutiny and join the other tribe. At tribal council, the ninth player is voted off of the islands. Jeff Probst is the host.
Smallville – Rage
Lex is covertly involved in the production of an experimental drug that Oliver Queen (Justin Hartley) is taking. It gives Oliver superhuman powers to heal himself, but the side effects prove dangerous.

So nice to see “Smallville” getting a little love. I like that show a lot, and I think it gets a bad rap as being a sub-par teenage show for geeks. It’s none of those things. I love the way it has basically created (and re-created, in some cases) some of the mythology of the pre-Superman story. And bringing Lex and Lana together is genius. Go, “Smallville”!
Can’t wait for The Office tonight! I can already tell i’m going to love it!
