THE FOLLOWING: Adan Canto and Nico Tortorella Tease ‘The Poet’s Fire’

THE FOLLOWING has laid out several interesting relationships in the first couple of episodes, but the dynamic between Paul, Jacob, and Emma starts to really unfold in tonight’s brand new episode.

“Oh man, I’m really excited about [the episode],” Adan Canto (Paul) said. “I’m excited because you’ll see little by little, things we’re uncovering. And you’ll know a lot of these characters on a more intimate level.”

“Our next episode, you’re going to see more of the interworkings of our little triangle…[how it] all fits together,” Nico Tortorella (Jacob) elaborated. “There is a new follower that is being tracked down whose name is Rick and we learn about his relationship with us.”

The episode also serves to shed a little bit of light on how close Paul and Jacob got while they spent a couple of years pretending to be a couple.

“You put two people, no matter what their sexes are, in a house for two years pretending to be in a relationship together and there’s bound to have love and respect and true honest care that comes out of that,” Tortorella teased.

But what that means for the present is an entirely different matter: with the trio in tight quarters (along with the kidnapped Joey), Paul starts to reach a breaking point.

“Well, I think it would be proportionate to an addict who needs his fix,” Canto noted. “He can’t be alone with himself. Paul’s a very passionate guy and he needs to be a part of a family, and this is like a family, so all he wants is that. All he wants is to be at ease in his environment. so he has to go out and find his place again. It’s going to get very interesting.”

“I love every moment from this point on,” he added. “Especially this point on.”

THE FOLLOWING airs Mondays at 9 PM on Fox.

Hello there! I know this is kind of off topic but I was wondering which blog platform are you using for this website? I’m getting tired of WordPress because I’ve had problems with hackers and I’m looking at options for another platform. I would be awesome if you could point me in the direction of a good platform.
