GREY’S ANATOMY – Worlds will collide in Seattle once again, as ABC is set to air a TGIT crossover event on Thursday, May 2, featuring all-new episodes of “Grey’s Anatomy” and “Station 19” from 8:00-10:00 p.m. EDT. The TGIT crossover event kicks off with an all-new episode of “Grey’s Anatomy,” entitled “What I Did for Love,” where Maggie treats one of Station 19’s own, and Jo learns a hard lesson. Meanwhile, when working with a family seeking asylum, Meredith makes a call that could jeopardize her career on “Grey’s Anatomy,” THURSDAY, MAY 2 (8:00-9:01 p.m. EDT), on The ABC Television Network. Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

SUPERSTORE: Oh my God, I never saw Jonah as Bono, but it was very fitting and hilarious. (Also, him losing his Cloud 9 green ambassador title must have killed him.)

As ridiculous as the Glenn and Amy fight was, I’m really glad they were able to find common ground by the end. (Justine is the normal sister?!)

THE BIG BANG THEORY: It was sweet that Leonard wanted to protect Sheldon and Amy by outing their competitors as plagiarists, but I am glad the other team self-destructed so no one really had to go a step too far.

GREY’S ANATOMY: Insurance fraud seems like a very big—bad—mistake, Meredith. (Also, wouldn’t that potentially mess up Ellis’ ability to get insurance later in life?)

I’m glad therapy is working for Owen; I’m curious to see who he’s going to declare his love for—and if they’ll reciprocate. Right now Teddy and Amelia are happy with other people, so…

BROOKLYN NINE-NINE: As great as it was to have Gina back, it felt like it might have been more effective next season. She’s been missed, but the reunion wasn’t quite as grand as it could have been. Um, and the stabbing seemed like a step too far? (But, of course, Gina has a whole cult around her. She would.)

The best parts of the episode was Rosa figuring out how to get around sans her hands and Charles’ joke about his cousin Susan.

MOM: Man, I just want good things for Christy. It’s incredible how far she’s come, but it sucks a dude took credit for her idea during her internship. (Completely plausible, and she had the best possible mindset about it, but still.)

I also really hope that Bonnie’s dream about her therapist isn’t foreshadowing. Bonnie is being healthy, and this feels like the longest good stretch she’s had in a bit…and it would be very vintage Bonnie for her to really mess it up now.

LAW & ORDER: SPECIAL VICTIMS UNIT: I’m not sure if there was any casting this past season that delighted me as much as Snoop freaking Dogg and Orlando Jones as feuding musicians. They were fun. (And oh my God, the photos and paintings of Jones and Amber Stevens West’s characters in their fictional home were bonkers.) But it was really nice getting more insight into Fin. Given that he’s been a part of the show for 19 (!) seasons, it feels like a large chunk of his pre-SVU life is still a big question mark. It’s a little crazy Olivia didn’t know about how his mother died, though.
