Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

THE SIMPSONS: It’s kind of insane it took this long for the show to do an UNDERCOVER BOSS gag. And, uh, the new Carl voice was rough. It’s really had when you’ve had more than 30 seasons of a character’s voice in your head and then someone new comes in. Hopefully things smooth out soon.

BIG BROTHER: So many of these players are absolute idiots? Like, it’s good that Enzo realizes he can’t trust Christmas or Memphis, but he trusted Cody…who immediately blabbed about Memphis/Enzo/Christmas’ final three deal to Nicole. Which also puts Enzo in danger. Morons.

I also don’t get why Kevin is viewed as a threat. At this point, Cody has to realize they’ll have to start knocking out alliance members soon, and if he doesn’t take the figurative shot now, they’ll all be turning on each other soon, which leaves him vulnerable. Kevin isn’t winning comps, has no numbers, has no friends left in the house. What a weird fixation.

BOB’S BURGERS: Honestly, if I don’t have a dream about a talking tape and a rubber band ball, I’m going to be upset. (I mean, there’s no way it’ll happen, but it looked fun, as cheesy as it was.)

LOVE ISLAND: I really want to know what was cut from the episode. From what we saw, Johnny and Cely barely had to touch on Casa Amor with their families, but he was cranky it keeps getting brought up. Dude, you were all over another girl. At the very least, you’re going to have a HARD time with Cely’s siblings and friends. And I get why Cely is frustrated, to a degree, because she is trusting Johnny. But the fact is, if both sets of parents brought up Casa Amor, even knowing you two patched things up, this is a huge red flag. He. Is. Not. Telling. You. The. Full. Truth.

Sigh.

Also: Justine’s mom is my favorite. How precious was she?!

FARGO: The show is gorgeous and extremely difficult to watch in 2020.

FAMILY GUY: I mean, Stewie’s first word being a curse absolutely makes sense. Though it’s lovely his second was about his mother, given how long he spent trying to kill her. (And was anyone else waiting for/expecting a “Surfin’ Bird” gag in the episode? Maybe it was the milestone of it all, but so much talk about the word had me waiting for Peter to bust out the song.)
