Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!THE VOICE: Reba being determined to block John was funny, and her choice was brilliant; alas, as he pointed out, everyone who has been blocking him hasn’t actually been successful. Whoops.

I’m intrigued by Reba seemingly taking a bunch of one-chair artists. I really wish we got to see more of their auditions rather than people who don’t get chair turns.

As for my favorites of the night? Probably JaRae Womack and Nini Iris. But a lot of solid performers who might be able to thrive in future rounds.

KITCHEN NIGHTMARES: Gordon mimicking George’s walk made me laugh out loud. I really appreciated he looked after the cook’s mental health, too, because that dude was barely hanging on and no one in charge was willing to do anything to protect him.

The golf carts being such a money-maker can/should be a game-changer. I wish we could check in, like, a year later and see how much revenue that is bringing in.

LOTERIA LOCA: I’m glad Luigi left with $127,o00+…for a second, I was worried that he would risk it all and leave with nothing. (I mean, yes, if he had kept playing, he would have gotten the million, but who wants to risk that?!)

THE IRRATIONAL: Okay, anyone else try to hear if the repeating words sounded different? Anyone else feel slightly crazy with that? Just me? Cool, cool, cool.

I’m really enjoying the show, and appreciating that we’re also getting different kinds of cases—it’s not just solving murders. Loved getting a little bit of insight into Rizwan this week, too.

And I’m very interested how Marisa’s new relationship impacts her dynamic with Alec…
