Jenna Fischer is Dawesome

It sometimes absolutely floors me how amazing the cast of THE OFFICE is. I’ve been the beneficiary of their kindness and generosity first hand, and I’m still amazed at just how down to earth and appreciative they are. Case in point, yesterday when the Emmy nominations were announced one of the first things freshly-nominated Jenna Fischer did was to jump on to her MySpace page and post a blog to her fans. Cool, right? Well it gets even better.
While all the press biggies (People, ET, Access Hollywood) were clamoring all day to get the stars’ reactions to their nominations, Jenna Fischer decides to give her only interview of the day to OfficeTally.com, the biggest and most dedicated Office fansite out there. Jenna emailed site creator Jennie Tan personally and offered to chat. If that’s not totally dawesome I don’t know what it.

P.S. I didn’t think my love for all things Jenna Fischer could be any deeper, and then she goes ahead and tells us she a big fan of Big Brother. Geesh…I wonder if she’s loving Dustin as much as I am.

Jenna Fischer will win an Emmy which is totally awesome!
My love for this woman grows more and more everyday.How many big stars go out of their way to reach out to fansites?
oh my gosh! I thought the same thing when I saw that she liked Big Brother… I thought, “I wonder what she really thinks of Kail? because we think she’s a beyotch!” Jenna is the greatest, an absolute class act. I am beyond thrilled for her.
Congratulations to Jenna. She is such a cool gal to reach out to her fans first before the main stream media.
Let’s hope she wears a nice pair of sensible flats to the Emmy’s.
She’s so great. 🙂 And what she wrote in her blog about how it feels like the nomination was for our gal Pam. Well, that just gave me the sniffles. I hope Jenna realizes how much of a role model Pam Beesly is, and how proud we all are of her and the rest of the cast.
It’s just great to see good people succeed, and the Officefolks are the best.
