BONES: Michaela Conlin, Tamara Taylor, and TJ Thyne Tease the Season 10 Premiere

We’re just three weeks away from BONES’ season 10 premiere, and there’s already been a lot said about what went down at the end of last season and what’s to come.

And since BONES stars David Boreanaz (Booth) and Emily Deschanel (Brennan) already gave their teases about what’s in store for the first episode, I asked their co-stars Michaela Conlin (Angela), Tamara Taylor (Cam), and TJ Thyne (Hodgins) for their best hint about what the premiere will bring…

Tamara Taylor: “There’s a four month lapse [between the finale and premiere]. Booth is in jail, and basically the whole team is trying to get him out. They’re trying to figure out what this FBI conspiracy is about. And we have to be careful, because we don’t know who the leak is. We come out swinging.

“I think at this point, Brennan is a little hair-triggered…I think it’s beyond anything we’ve ever all dealt with and it’s so deep and nuts. Cam’s not asserting that, ‘I’m the boss. Play by the books.’ She’s saying, ‘Whatever we can do.’ It’s a different time [for the team].”

Michaela Conlin: “It’s very shocking. Like, it really is.

“There’s a good moment [for Brennan and Angela] in the premiere, where Brennan asks Angela for some advice, which is nice.”

TJ Thyne: “The first episode back, I think is going to be so good for the fans. The storyline, I feel like it’s picked up right where we left off; I think it’s a cool way to start the season.

“We’re trying to get Booth [free]. He’s in prison with two types of people who hate him: half of them because he put them there, and half of them because he’s a cop-killer now. So he’s not very liked, he’s not doing too well in there. So we’re trying to get him out. And I think that storyline will stay with us for several episodes. I don’t think they’re going to wrap it up [immediately].

“I think it’s neat for Jack Hodgins, because this is his world. It’s interesting to see, because for nine years, everyone has been, ugh, Jack and the conspiracies. But now, they’re starting to come to him and say, ‘What do you think?’ He’s in his element. He seems to be focused and clear…there is one line, where he’s like, ‘It’s so nice not be called a loon now.’ I also think that once this is resolved, it’ll go back to, ‘You’re crazy, there are no aliens.’ But he’s still trying to get them on his side.”

BONES season 10 premieres Thursday, September 25th at 8 PM on Fox.

LORD-not another egg beater hair style, now Tamara Taylor has the hideous do. God everyone is popping up with it, looks like a blind person cut and styled it.
