Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

BIG BROTHER: Oh my God, Enzo stabbed Tyler and Christmas in the back. As messy as the two-hour triple eviction was, it’s crazy it was so much worse than we thought. Also, how dumb is Enzo? Yes, it’s worse for Cody if Nicole had been voted out, but, again, David was NO THREAT to any of them. It wasn’t a risk, Enzo was the vote that could have knocked out a former winner. And does Enzo really want to risk keeping someone in the house that Cody clearly wants/needs? With the numbers this low, it makes him way more expendable.

Nicole whining about Tyler and Christmas trying to get her out is exhausting. It’s near the end of the game. They made no loyalty pledges to her. And she openly stabbed Ian in the back. So…

SOULMATES: I find the premise of this fascinating as hell. I know other shows have done things like this (like BLACK MIRROR), but an entire anthology series about having the choice to take a test to find your soulmate and the consequences of that being known is absolutely intriguing. The first episode was a good start, as a couple committed to each other eventually slipped and took the test, only to end up with other people. I’m really curious how the anthology plays with the format going forward, because they can’t (and won’t) do a bunch of episodes like this, and I’m sure some will end in a very, very, very not-great fashion.
