Let’s talk about Tuesday night’s TV!

THE VOICE: When you lose nearly half the contestants, it’s never going to be easy, but, for the most part, it felt like the right people went through?

THE FLASH: The show has struggled to know with the very many Wells characters and Cisco, to a degree, but with the knowledge they’re about to leave, it’s sad to think about the show without them. But hopefully, at least for Cisco, it leads to some happiness.

FBI: I loved getting insight into Scola, even if it felt like he very much needed a hug for…most of the episode. (I also felt bad for Isobel, who had her hands full with Scola going quasi-rogue and also Jubal—understandably—on edge in the aftermath of his son’s illness.) And the final conversation with Scola and Tiffany really was lovely; their partnership has been such a great surprise.

And…anyone else worried about Jubal’s final conversation with Nathan, the victim? It makes sense he wants to know because Jubal needs his son to be okay, but…don’t trust Nathan.

PRODIGAL SON: Where the hell does the show go from here?! Obviously the finale was not crafted with the intention of it being a series finale, but I’m so curious how things shake out in the final hour.

I’m glad Malcolm realized so quickly that Vivian was involved—even if it meant he sacrificed himself to her to reunite with his father. But it’s also insanely bittersweet to think we may not see Malcolm with Jessica or Ainsley again, and his time with the team may be very limited.

But, man, I loved the episode. I love this show. Sigh. [For more on the hour, here’s what Tom Payne had to say about what went down.]

FBI: MOST WANTED: Sarah is getting so close to Jess’ family so fast, I have to admit I’m getting a little worried, too. (Not that I think she’s bad, but if things go awry, it’ll be harder on all of them.)

NEW AMSTERDAM: Okay, normally I love Max’s ideas, but yikes, his attempt to stop climate change at New Amsterdam were so much. I get his general point, but the fact is, we’re still in the midst of a pandemic, so doing things to rely more on the doctors being responsible—especially when one JUST LEFT HIS KID IN A CAR—feels like super sketchy timing. Yeah, people don’t like change, but maybe implement it slowly and in waves so it happens when it makes sense and people can prepare versus blindsiding them?

And, um, CAN WE PUT IGGY’S ENTIRE FAMILY IN SOME SORT OF PROTECTIVE BUBBLE??
