Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

CHICAGO MED: Oh, man, Ethan. We just got him back and now he had a setback that is seemingly going to keep him away for another couple of months? And it was a bad night for health news, because Sharon’s situation also seems manageable but not ideal. It’s not like her job is ever not stressful.

I understand why Maggie saved her daughter’s job by helping her (probably) beat the drug test, but, oh boy, also not the best of life choices.

LEGENDS OF TOMORROW: I am so, so glad the team is finally back together.

For some reason, I expected everyone to realize Dr. Gwyn Davies looked like Constantine, but everyone else thinking he looked like different team members was a weird gag.

CHICAGO FIRE: Honestly, I’m (mostly) relieved Pelham is a decent dude who just got screwed by doing the right thing versus a straight-up jerk who will be against the firehouse. I’m also glad he saw another side of Gallo and realized he’s not just a rebel or reckless, he cares, maybe too much at times.

Violet’s “love pains” being her appendix bursting made me laugh. (Sorry to your pain, Violet.) The intervention was necessary—and I hope Gallo follows through with his attempt at sharing his feelings with her when she’s not as drugged.

I don’t blame Severide for being worried about his relationship with Stella given how long she’s been gone, but, man, we need a couple to be happy on this show for a bit, please.

CHICAGO P.D.: Uh, so how the hell is Jay going to get out of this? I assume he’s going to opt to turn on Voight, but will he tell him so Halstead can operate a triple agent? Straight-up just turn on Voight, which could then jeopardize the entire team? Will he tell Upton? MESS. And it feels like he’s absolutely backed into a corner.
