Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

STARS ON MARS: Oh, there’s gonna be drama. Was Cat and Paul being put up for possible eviction fair? Probably not. It’s not like they clearly messed up. But if Rhonda wanted to self-evict, it almost didn’t matter who was next to her. But it certainly seems like Cat is angry, and Andy may have lost his ally.

(I can’t believe the tune was just the contestants being Rick Rolled. Oh my God. I laughed.)

That being said, Marshawn breaking the rules to say goodbye to Rhonda was lovely. I wonder how much longer he’s going to want to stay with his main people gone.

CRIME SCENE KITCHEN: Oh my God, I’m so confused by the elimination. Sally and Sherry splitting it up into four plates is bad, but how is that worse than miscounting the number of layers?  It was a whole third of the cake missing!

But it’s interesting to see the two groups competing against each other now. Right now, it seems like the contestants are rooting a bit more for their own “side” to be victorious…let’s see how long that lasts.

CLAIM TO FAME: The Telephone Game remains absolute madness. Whether it’s just creative editing or whatever, the notion that the Green Team may have taken so long that Kevin had to literally leave to go to a concert is hilarious. It was dumb, though, having JR have to do something so physical when he was injured. And given how he wouldn’t let go of the sun and it possibly cost them the game, not the smartest thing.

Look, Chris’ approach for not sharing the clue is smart. At least for now. If everyone thinks he may have them and may have figured out their clue, they’re going to be a lot less likely to risk having him be the one to go up there and make a guess. Will it work out for long? Who knows. But for now, it’s working. Also, wow to Gabriel pulling Monay’s clue, because, yeah, her clue made it VERY obvious who she was. Now, how will he play it?

People kept guessing Cole was related to Alicia Keys, but I honestly didn’t see it. (The clues were there, but I didn’t see the physical resemblance.)  That was a lovely video from her—and hahahahaha to the reveal that Cole had met Kevin before.

FUTURAMA: Oh, am I happy this show is back. The premiere was so freaking meta—hello to Fulu—and I loved it. Binging in 3023 sounds miserable, but also, hey, a way to actually catch up on TV! (I’ll never catch up.)
