About Last Night…STARS ON MARS, CRIME SCENE KITCHEN, and CLAIM TO FAME

Let’s talk about Monday night’s TV!

STARS ON MARS: Given how much angst Lance has been a part of so far, I’m kind of surprised he ended up leaving by self-evicting. Though given Marshawn seemingly cut him out, I wonder how much that played into him just being dumb.

I hope things are a little bit less petty now that he’s gone, at least.

CRIME SCENE KITCHEN: After this many weeks, HOW did Fadi and T not realize you can’t just randomly add something pretty? Come on. They’re extremely lucky they weren’t eliminated for the random chocolate they put on their elimination bake dish.

CLAIM TO FAME: Oh, Gabriel made a brilliant move with his teams and also doesn’t seem to realize that Chris is good, but he’s also very limited with who he knows. Would I have guessed Nick Cannon without the clue? Maybe not. (I’m trying to not Google and watch as it comes/use my own memory for context.) But as soon as he said his relative was known for multiple babies, well………… (And then, yes, the DRUMLINE reference made sense.) 

It’ll be interesting to see how long this alliance lasts, though, because they’re two of the biggest question marks in the house to their fellow contestants. Can they go all the way?

But I cannot tell you how hard and frequently I laughed at them being convinced Chris was related to Elton John. You know, notorious Utah resident Elton John.

Oh, Hugo. You had the easy shot, but you wanted to swing big with Chris. At least it was your own bad guess versus you being manipulated into guessing the wrong person, I guess?
