Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

BIG BROTHER: Okay, America’s temper tantrum was very funny. As she acknowledged, she’s the one who made the move against Jag before the veto was used!!!! She was already lucky that they weren’t put up to begin with (especially since she noted if the position was flipped, she would have put up him and Matt), so her acting as if this was unprompted…odd. (And Blue was obviously going to take herself off the block! Who did she think was going up there?)

Cory was at least respectful about it all. Good luck to us all with a vengeful America in the house for a week.

(Though LOL to Jag saying America had the worst gameplay. She had VERY bad gameplay that very much screwed up her current game. But…if Jag had kept his mouth shut until he knew how the final noms were going to shake out, he wouldn’t have been in the position he’s now in. Because even if he and Matt make it to the finals…America and Cory sure as hell won’t vote for him.)

LEGO MASTERS: Wow, Neena and Sam got the Golden Brick again?! They are absolutely the team to watch/beat right now. (Though I assume they’ll utilize it better this go-round.)

I know Tim and Tim thought their sound effect was easier, but, man, twinkle was one of the harder ones to me. It’s an interesting challenge, though, and I’m curious how they incorporate this into future seasons.

[For more on the episode, here’s what Tim and Tim shared about their exit.]

TRANSPLANT: I was very worried about Bash and Mags’ family dinner and somehow didn’t see her dad choking—and therefore exposing their relationship—as the thing to be concerned about. Whoops. (Though I’m glad her parents were just overinvested, not…gross. The little things, I guess.)

Oh, Theo, no. This is not good.

[For more on the episode, creator Joseph Kay discussed Bash and Mags’ relationship being revealed.]

THE CHALLENGE USA: Michaela covering her ears while the gross food was being described? LOL. But, look, I’m going to be honest: I don’t do vomit. So I fast-forwarded through that section.

I hated the first season’s finale, but I don’t know if season 2 was much better. There wasn’t any of the awful teamwork that could doom both contestants, but the stakes also weren’t there, either. It wasn’t engaging in the way a finale should be. Alas.
