About Last Night…THE SIMPSONS, BOB’S BURGERS, and FAMILY GUY

Let’s talk about Sunday night’s TV!

THE SIMPSONS: Oh, the Bart and Lisa/Marge storyline was very, very, very sweet. Deeply relatable, but also the lengths they went to show Marge they care was lovely. (And hahaha to Lisa not knowing her mom’s full name.)

Homer accidentally getting into a competition with Agnes was a funny B-plot. Absolutely ridiculous, but a good balance.

BOB’S BURGERS: As bad as Bob’s quick time as a personal chef was, it’s almost a relief it wasn’t, uh, worse. It was also very cute watching the kids try to learn how to be proper party guests. (And, yes, showing up 30 minutes early is a nightmare. Early is not always better!!!)

FAMILY GUY: The Daughtry Cameo video made me laugh out loud. (Yes, I did check to see if he was on Cameo. I hope this leads to him getting more requests.) And, yeah, Peter leaving Lois to fend for herself when it seemed a shark was coming? Absolutely makes sense. I’m glad Lois at least realized she was the alpha and there’s nothing wrong with that.
