Let’s talk about Thursday night’s TV!

BIG BROTHER REINDEER GAMES: Oh, this was chaos. I don’t know if I loved that they had half of the contestants knocked out in a prelim round, but who would have guessed Frankie and X would both be eliminated?! Especially after X had a thirty-second head-start with his puzzle?!

But it was also interesting to see the final head-to-head, because it felt very clearly like all three rounds were designed to make it so anyone could win. And even with the final challenge, as we saw, having the time advantage didn’t end up meaning much, because once the snowflakes started falling, it was all equal; you just needed it to go right once.

Delighted we got a female winner for the first mini-season. This was ridiculous, but a good, fun distraction. I wouldn’t mind if they brought this back next year.
