FOREVER has booked former FRINGE/SLEEPY HOLLOW star John Noble for a guest spot, EW.com is reporting. (Noble isn’t the first FRINGE star to appear on the ABC freshman drama: his former costar, Blair Brown, appeared on the December 2nd hour.)
Per EW, Noble will play Aubrey Griffin, “the world’s foremost expert of antiquities and adventure.” He gets brought into the mix of things when a museum curator is found dead…and she has a Roman dagger with her.
Noble will appear in the first season finale of the ABC series.
Are you excited to see Noble on FOREVER?

PERSON OF INTEREST: Jonathan Nolan and Greg Plageman Tease the Team’s Struggles Post-Shaw, the Return of the Brotherhood, and More
February 3, 2015 by Marisa Roffman
Filed under #1 featured, Person of Interest
It’s been a long couple of weeks since the last episode of PERSON OF INTEREST, but finally, the CBS drama — arguably the best show on network television — returns with a brand new episode tonight.
With the traumatizing “trilogy” behind us (which saw the team, seemingly, lose Shaw, a little over a year after Carter died), Reese and Root are off on a trip in tonight’s hour, “M.I.A.,” to find out what the heck had happened to Shaw.
“I think we have the opportunity here to put a couple of our characters on the road in search of a final answer in terms of what happened to Shaw’s character,” PERSON OF INTEREST executive producer Greg Plageman teased last month.
“It’s definitely a Root and Reese [team-up] episode in 13, and given that Shaw is MIA, they’ll be spending more time together [beyond that],” executive producer Jonathan Nolan added. “We’re looking for more mayhem and more hijinks in the second half of the season.”
And so, TV life goes on. I spoke with Plageman and Nolan about how the team handles the next number that comes up, what the Brotherhood will be up to next, the war between machines, and more…

FOREVER returns with new episodes tonight, and the show has a very special guest star: Billy Baldwin!
The episode — which focuses on the the death of a financial investor (who also was the son of one of Abe’s buddies) — introduced Baldwin to the new ABC drama…and allowed him to tap into a world he was already familiar.

PERSON OF INTEREST’s next episode, “If-Then-Else,” is a big one. In fact, when I spoke with POI star Amy Acker (Root), she gushed over the hour, saying, “It’s so different. It’s really different than any TV episode I’ve ever seen, and definitely different than a PERSON OF INTEREST episode. It was really fun, and really hard to shoot, but from what I’ve heard, people have said it’s their favorite episode of what we’ve done. So I’m really excited to see it.”
And based on the photos from “If-Then-Else,” it’s going to be really action-packed. Check them out now!
PERSON OF INTEREST airs Tuesdays at 10 PM on CBS.

PERSON OF INTEREST took the Samaritan/Machine war to the next step in the final episode of 2014, as the duo sat down to have a chat (using Root and a small child as their mouthpieces), and then Samaritan set to take out arguably its biggest target: the stock exchange.
With a move that big, the war between the machines can’t stay quiet for much longer. To get a hint of what’s to come, I spoke with PERSON OF INTEREST star Amy Acker (Root) about the fallout from the machines’ showdown, and what the heck comes next…

FOREVER: Matt Miller Teases Henry Meeting ‘Adam’
December 8, 2014 by Marisa Roffman
The last episode of FOREVER left off on a sizable cliffhanger — Henry was kidnapped by the anonymous caller, “Adam” — and in this week’s midseason finale, the action picks up right where the show left viewers.
“This is a very big midseason finale episode for us,” FOREVER creator Matt Miller teased. “It’s our biggest mythology episode so far, in that Henry will in this episode meet the anonymous caller — the man that has been stalking him since the pilot, the person that claims to share his immortal affliction. At the end of [the last episode], he is kidnapped in a taxi…and this episode picks up with Henry in that taxi, with the anonymous caller, but he can’t quite see him because it’s dark out, and he can’t see him through the rear view mirror.”
And Adam isn’t just going through these motions to make Henry’s life more difficult — he has a very calculated reason for taking Henry by force.

How about some more FRINGE goodies to finish up your Monday?
When I was up in Vancouver late last year for the 100th episode/series finale press event, I spoke with FRINGE stars Joshua Jackson (Peter), Anna Torv (Olivia), John Noble (Walter), Jasika Nicole (Astrid), and Blair Brown (Nina) about when they felt the real impact of the show’s cultural presence.
Take a look at their answers!
FRINGE: Watch a (Spoilery) Peter-Walter Scene from ‘The Boy Must Live’
January 8, 2013 by Marisa Roffman
I’m torn about the following FRINGE clip being released. On one hand, it’s my absolute favorite scene of the entire antepenultimate episode (and I vaguely mentioned that in my tease post), but it’s also, in my opinion, pretty freaking spoilery. But since Fox released it, clearly they’re OK with it being out there.
So, I’m going to leave it up to you.
I won’t ruin what is said between Peter and Walter in writing. I won’t blame you if you want to wait the next few days until you can see the episode as a whole. But if you do want a tease, here you go…

FRINGE: ‘The Boy Must Live’ You Ask, I Answer
December 28, 2012 by Marisa Roffman
The end is very near, FRINGE fans: when the series returns in 2013, there will only be three episodes left — the three-part series finale.
I had the chance to screen the January 11th episode, “The Boy Must Live,” and in order to not spend my time counting down until the two-hour series finale, I took some of your questions from Twitter about the antepenultimate installment of the show. I’m going to do my best to answer them here, but the intention is not to ruin your enjoyment of the hour (especially since there are only three episodes left of the entire series). So if you asked something super spoilery or specific, it may not get answered. But hopefully you’ll still enjoy these teases…
