GHOSTS ended its season with yet another ghost in danger.

After spending much of the season thinking Flower (Sheila Carrasco) had been sucked off at the end of season 2—only for it to be revealed that she had actually fallen into a well—things seemed to be going as well as possible for the residents of Woodstone Mansion in the season 3 finale, as everyone prepared for Isaac (Brandon Scott Jones) and Nigel’s (John Hartman) wedding.

However it was clear that Isaac was having cold feet, something he eventually confessed to his fiancé—but he still wanted to go through with the wedding.

But when Pete (Richie Moriarty) interrupted the nuptials—back from his trip, where he started to disappear after being away from the house (an apparent limit to his ghost power)—it was enough for Isaac to reconsider the marriage.

“I can’t,” he told Nigel. “I really wanted this to work, but hearing Pete talk, I’m realizing I think there might be something missing here.” Isaac apologized to Nigel and walked out of the ceremony.

Later, Isaac talked with Nigel, who was understanding of the situation—which made Isaac feel worse.

Unfortunately, that was just the start of his issues: Isaac was lured downstairs by the basement ghosts, who were salty over not being invited to the wedding. But the real person who wanted to see Isaac was Patience, the Puritan woman Isaac had lost (due to letting go of her hand thanks to a pesky sneeze) while they were trying to find their way back to the house through the soil. Patience got her revenge and yanked Isaac into the dirt, effectively making him disappear.

The basement ghosts were stunned…but also decided to not tell anyone about what happened to Isaac.

What do you think: Will Isaac be lost in the dirt and missing for long when season 4 kicks off?
