CHICAGO FIRE celebrates its 200th episode on Wednesday, October 20 (at 9/8c) with the hour, “Two Hundred.”

According to NBC, “in the show’s milestone 200th episode, Casey makes a life-altering decision. Gallo, Ritter and Violet agree to an interview and photo shoot. Brett and Mouch launch the paramedicine program. Cruz comes closer to fatherhood.”

CHICAGO FIRE boss Derek Haas previously teased the episode would be a big one for the franchise. “The 200th episode will have life-changing events that will impact Firehouse 51 forever,” he shared last month. “Also, a giant fire because you can’t have a 200th episode without a big fire, right?”

What do you hope will happen?
