THE MASKED SINGER, DOMINO MASTERS, and A MILLION LITTLE THINGS

A MILLION LITTLE THINGS – “fresh start” – Maggie’s radio show is a proven success, yet she faces an uphill battle when her beliefs do not align with the station owners. Old wounds are reopened when Rome visits his old prep school and Katherine helps Eddie navigate the next step in his relationship with Anna on an all-new episode of “A Million Little Things,” airing WEDNESDAY, MARCH 23 (10:00-11:00 p.m. EDT), on ABC. (ABC/Darko Sikman)
CHANCE HURSTFIELD, JAMES RODAY

Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

THE MASKED SINGER: Definitely don’t love only one singer moving on from this group, but holy [your choice of curse here], I did NOT see the Jorge Garcia reveal coming at all. What a delight!

On the flip side, despite being a sports fan (though, admittedly, not football), I had never heard of Jordan Mailata until this show. But, man, he can sing?!

DOMINO MASTERS: Ugh, I felt awful for the builders that they crashed things while setting up multiple times. The nerves must have been radiating throughout that room.

This theme felt harder than most, frankly. The holidays, for instance, at least gave you guidance, whereas time was kind of…all over the place. It could make it so you could go big, but it also felt like some of the creations were a bit more of a mess.

A MILLION LITTLE THINGS: Oh, God, Danny and Gary’s fight broke my heart. The Gary and Sophie estrangement is bad enough, but Danny and Gary hurt, too. I’m glad they made up. But, my goodness, will someone let Danny be a kid? He’s gone through so much in his young life…and while I don’t want D to lose him, it feels like he’s home in Boston.

I can’t believe how much I love Eddie and Katherine as friends? Eddie confiding in her was absolutely perfect, and they navigated what could have been very awkward (both of them moving on) with grace and humor.

Regina’s dad is…so extra. I’m worried he’s going to push her too far. And Rome seems to be in a precarious spot, so I hope one or both is able to get on solid ground soon.

(I would watch a spinoff of Mark Derwin and Stephnie Weir bickering, please and thanks.)
