Tonight’s a big night for GLEE fans: It’s the last Regionals for seniors, including Finn, Rachel and Kurt. Who will win? What will they sing? You’ll have to tune in to find out.

If you’re not a fan of the New Directions (Don’t tell Kath!), check out the new episode of COUGAR TOWN. Yes, I will be promoting it every week because I don’t want it to get canceled!

Read on to see what other shows are new tonight!

NCIS | 8pm on CBS
“Psych Out”
When a high-level security Navy reservist is found dead, Gibbs goes face-to-face with Dr. Samantha Ryan (guest star Jamie Lee Curtis) of the PsyOps Division to uncover the truth behind the potential suicide. Meanwhile, DiNozzo argues with accounting after seeing McGee’s paycheck.

The Biggest Loser | 8pm on NBC
“Episode 8”
This week, the contestants are faced with a temptation involving their favorite foods, with the winner gaining game-changing power to arrange the two teams however they like – and remain anonymous. After an unpopular decision is made to switch up the teams, tensions rise and suspicion grows about the real identity of the temptation winner. Then, the red and black teams race against time and each other to assemble a giant puzzle on top of eight-foot tall blocks, with the winning team getting a very special prize. Later, after a drama-fueled weigh-in and elimination, another contestant is sent home.

Glee | 8pm on Fox
“On My Way”
Things heat up as the New Directions go head-to-head with the Dalton Academy Warblers at Regionals. [Have you seen the pictures from “On My Way”?]

Last Man Standing | 8pm on ABC
“Baxter & Sons”
When Mike finds out that his younger brother, Jimmy (guest star Mike Rowe), and their father, Bud (guest star Robert Forster), will bid on building a new Outdoor Man store, sibling rivalries between the two competitive brothers surface. Things get more heated when the brothers take a meeting with a loan officer (guest star Frankie Muniz). Meanwhile, Mandy, Eve and Kristin think Bud should have a girlfriend and help him create an online profile.

Cougar Town | 8:30pm on ABC
“A Mind with a Heart of its Own”
Jules ends up asking both Ellie and Laurie to be her “co-maids” of honor because she can’t stand to hurt anyone’s feelings; and Grayson tries to ask Chick (guest star Ken Jenkins) for Jules’ hand in marriage formally, but Chick decides to have a little fun in the process.

SMASH Recap: Enter Mr. DiMaggio (with Musical Numbers)

Oh no…

Please tell me they were kidding.

After two weeks of promising television, building legitimate buzz among mainstream audiences, THIS is the direction that SMASH had to go?

“Enter Mr. DiMaggio” was the weakest of SMASH’s first three episodes, and could not have come at a worse time for NBC to maintain momentum behind the show. After an impressive debut, SMASH lost over twenty-five percent of its audience in week two. To hold those viewers, and justify the program’s large production budget, NBC has very little room for error.

Sadly, “Enter Mr. DiMaggio” was a comedy of errors.

Comments Off on ALCATRAZ: Sarah Jones Talks ‘Johnny McKee,’ Why Rebecca is Keeping Her Cool and More

As if poor Rebecca Madsen hasn’t had enough problems during the first season of ALCATRAZ, the tease for tonight’s brand new episode says, “more details emerge about Madsen’s grandfather.” And given that so far her grandfather has killed her partner and was revealed to be an inmate at Alcatraz, odds are this isn’t going to be news that is particularly bright and shiny.

So what’s to come? I talked with ALCATRAZ star Sarah Jones (Rebecca) about “Johnny McKee,” dealing with those pesky serial killers, and why she’s happy with Doc and Rebecca remaining platonic…

FRINGE giveth, FRINGE taketh away.

Episodes like “A Better Human Being” are exactly why I can’t write these recaps as I watch the episode the first time around. Sure, you think the hour is going one way and then bam — the episode takes a turn so sharp you hurt your brain a little bit. (Maybe we should all invest in helmets…?)

If you haven’t watched the episode yet, what the heck are you waiting for? If you have, let’s discuss what went down…

Comments Off on FRINGE Preview: ‘A Better Human Being’

Has “our” Olivia finally returned on FRINGE? Last we left our characters, it certainly seemed like the character we had known for the first three seasons had re-emerged in this new Olivia, but on FRINGE, appearances can be deceiving.

We gave you a few exclusive photos for the episode earlier this week, but while you wait for “A Better Human Being” to air on Fox, check out a few additional pictures and a couple of clips from the hour…
