Let’s talk about Wednesday night’s TV!

I CAN SEE YOUR VOICE: HOW DO YOU END YOUR SEASON WITH A LOSS LIKE THAT?! I kept thinking she would either take the money or she’d be right, but yikes. What a bummer end to the season.

CHICAGO FIRE: I’m so, so, so happy that Stella got her spot at 51. I actually was liking Pelham, so I was hoping he would stick around. But I’m happy he realized she would be the better person in the spot if she actually wanted it.

NEXT LEVEL CHEF: I’m really glad none of the final chefs doomed themselves with raw food or a bad cook; it’s more enjoyable when everyone is good and it’s a real competition. I also loved the twist where they had to manage their own time…it meant they really did have to have foresight and self-responsibility. I’m really glad this show will be returning for season 2.

CHICAGO P.D.: Ah, yes, we know all good things start with a bloody message on a wall. (AND USING THE HAND AS A PAINTBRUSH?! What the f………)

Honestly, this was not how I expected the Makayla storyline to go at all. I worried Adam and Kim would lose her and that would be what reunited them, but I didn’t see them winning custody of her and then HER BEING BRUTALLY TAKEN. As if poor Makayla hasn’t gone through enough?!

A MILLION LITTLE THINGS: Holy surprises. Well, the Gary and Maggie thing wasn’t exactly surprising, but…it happening like that was. Poor Cam.

But, uh, the Eddie/Anna/Gary/Katherine/Greta situation is messy? It’s not all romantic drama (because holy moly, that Anna/Gary interaction was awkwarddddddd), but maybe we don’t have important relationship moments at a surprise party? Especially with new people? I don’t blame Anna for being pissed about being blindsided by Gary. Katherine couldn’t have known Greta would show up and explain exactly how she was married, but she also definitely should have realized she was very, very, very close to her ex and their friend group. (Also, Katherine and Anna’s introduction was appropriately awkward.)
