Remy (Dylan McDermott) finally got some closure over his brother’s death—but it was messy.

On the Tuesday, May 23 episode of FBI: MOST WANTED, a talk with a previously-undisclosed witness led Remy to realize one of Mikey’s friends may have been responsible for the young man’s murder.

After realizing that his friend, Benji, had holes in his story, the task force zeroed in on him…especially when the witness Remy had just spoken to wound up dead.

The team cornered Benji’s mother, who was the one who killed the witness, and were ultimately able to corner a distraught Benji.

“You’re a grown-ass man, Benji,” Remy told him, encouraging him to let his guilt off his chest and to stop listening to his mom.

Benji finally confessed that on the night of Mikey’s death. Benji and Mikey’s girlfriend Jenna got close, and Mikey thought they were going to cheat, but Benji insisted that wasn’t the case.

Mikey and Benji went down to the beach, and Benji thought Mikey was going to kill him.

“I grabbed a rock,” a sobbing Benji confessed. “And I hit him. He wasn’t moving, and I freaked out. I went into the hotel and called my parents. They’re the ones who told me the cops were questioning Davis [who was eventually convicted for Mikey’s death].”

While Benji ended up in custody, it was too late for Remy to make total amends to Davis, who succumbed to his illness prior to the arrest.

Later, Remy spoke to the documentarian about what he would say to Davis if he could: “That I’m sorry for dismissing him as a human being. For robbing him of his dignity. For a country where a man can get railroaded for murder simply because of the color of his skin. For entitled despicable losers like Benji Picadli, who think money and wealth and power can dismiss them from justice.”

Remy was also distraught about his career, given he joined law enforcement because of his brother’s death.

“I always believed I was on the side of good,” he says. “And that justice always wins. I don’t even know what justice is anymore. And that’s not even the worst part.” The worst part, he acknowledged? He didn’t even know who his brother was.

But there was one more surprise in store for Remy, who finally met Jenna: She was in Florida to tell Mikey that she was pregnant with their son, Corey. The episode ends with Remy going to meet his nephew.

Who is the actor that played Remy’s nephew, Corey? He looks familiar but I can’t place where I might have seen him.
